The 3" Vented Orbital Backing Plate features vertical cooling ports for cooler working surface and extended pad & tool life. The plate is weight matched to the G8 orbital counterbalance for balanced and smooth operation. It features firm yet flexible high-density urethane foam with chamfered edges for flexibility and improved contouring over and around body panels. The Velcro® brand micro-hook attachment is optimized to create the perfect balance between strong pad engagement and easy disengagement. Plate also has rotational speed markings to help ensure optimum rotation speed.
