The BOSS™ 5" Fanned Orbital Backing Plate features new backing plate technology and fits the G21 Long-Throw Orbital Polisher.

• Internally fan-cooled to maintain optimal operating temperatures and extend pad life
• Velcro® micro-hook for balanced pad attachment and heat management
• Precision balanced and weight-matched to Griot’s Garage G15 and G21 machines
• Flexible German urethane for improved panel contouring
• Features weight optimization system for fine-tuning the balance of the counterbalance and buffing pad for smooth operation
• Horizontal and vertically vented for heat expulsion

The BOSS™ 5" Fanned Orbital Backing Plate is precision balanced and weight-matched to the G15 and G21 counterbalance. This 5" plate is a replacement for the G15 and allows the G21 to be converted to a 5" pad system for more aggressive correcting action. Includes black-, silver-, and copper-coloured fasteners.
