THE BOSS™ 3” Micro Backing Plate offers flexibility to adapt to various scenarios in paint correction. The plate is weight matched to THE BOSS™ Hybrid Micro Polisher’s orbital and rotary drives to deliver smooth operation. The 3" plate features a limiter component which prohibits use with the Rotary Drive. It features firm German urethane foam straight edge profile for addressing tighter spaces with precision and improved panel contouring.
